From replacing missing beadwork to introducing entirely new embellishment, every garment is worked on by hand with precision and care. Whether it’s a vintage piece that has lost its original detail or a garment ready for a new chapter, this service brings depth, texture, and individuality back to the surface. Each project is approached with respect for the garment’s history while allowing space for creative transformation

Ship your garment to our PO Box via USPS with signature confirmation and insurance for the full value of your piece. Native A is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to the studio. Once your project is completed, we handle the return shipping back to you which includes signature confirmation and insurance.

The Sweater Service focuses on preserving your knitwear with the same care and precision given to couture. From light cleanups to full restoration, every piece is handled by hand and treated with natural cleaning methods designed to refresh fibers without compromising their texture or fit. Whether it’s a cashmere pullover, a mohair cardigan, or a vintage knit that’s seen better days, this service brings your garments back to life so you can keep wearing the pieces you love for seasons to come.

Gentle washing and fiber-safe conditioning
Mending / Darning of small holes, pulls or unraveling stitches
Pilling and lint removal
Steam blocking and reshaping
Service includes door-to-door pickup and delivery throughout NYC, parts of New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons for exclusive clients.
